I'm thinking about purchasing some exercise equipment, as I live in a small town and have no access to a gym.
I was wondering what to get between a treadmill, an exercise bike and an elliptical...
Does anyone have any information? |

Regardless, buy used.
That way if you discover, whichever it is, it's not your thing, if you buy it used, and then sell it later at a used price, it's not so much of a hit.
Buying new makes it harder to truly learn what you like. |

A stability ball and some hand weights are a great investment, IMO.
And what about using the great outdoors? Like investing in a great pair of running shoes, even if you start with walking! |

I walk about 4 to 6 miles daily, but I sometimes want something different...something I can do while watching TV in the evenings.
I have a stability ball and some weights, and I use them on occasion (not comfortable with the ball yet).
I am definitely going to buy used.
I saw an elliptical for $100, and another for $2000 in the Bargain Hunter. I wonder what the difference is!? |
