| I started phase 2 this week, and it has left me with cravings in the evening, I think because of these sugar free pudding or fudgesicles that I'm having. They make me think of more delicious treats. Anyway, tonight I did a late night cheat with some ice cream. Should I go back to Phase 1? Or should I continue on phase 2, just being more careful in the evening? I had mostly just added carbs to my breakfast (oatmeal or kashi) - but would those really have any affect on my evening cravings? |
