I had a pretty crappy week exercise-wise ... my schedule absolutely did not permit it, so I think I'm going to take a bye for last week.

Well I was on vacation. I have a very lame week to report. Lifting colorful drinks from the table to my mouth is ZERO points, so that about sums it up for my strength training.
I did three days of cardio for 15pts.

Wow, this challenge went fast. Here are my results for this week.
REQUIREMENTS:
Cardio: 4 workouts @ 5 points each = 20 points
Strength: 2 workouts @ 5 points each -10
Water: 7/7 days @ 2 points each = 14 points
Goals: Met 3/3 goals @ 15 points each = 15 points
TOTAL REQUIREMENT POINTS: 55 POINTS
BONUSES:
Push it bonus for going extra time on elliptical 3 days= 6
2x 2 hour walks around the block = 10
4 Extra strength workouts = 20
TOTAL BONUS POINTS: 36 POINTS
TOTAL POINTS THIS WEEK: 91
