hi everyone!
oh, is there going to be a july challenge? i hope so because i was really looking forward to participating. i was too late to join the june, i start the program only 2wks ago. i was really inspired by everyone on this forum and i hope to get to work out w/ you all, virtually of course!! |

I would be in favor of just repeating the June challenge that just ended. A-Rod did a good job in designing it and two of my teammates have expressed how much they enjoyed it and want to do it again. What do you think?
We could use this week for people to sign up and start next Monday July 9th and do a full four weeks and end August 5th. I'm willing to lead a team again. |

So do we want to do teams?
Any volunteers to head this up?
I love the challenges because they keep me on track with my fitness eating and lifestyle goals-especially during this time of the year when it would be way too easy for me to get sloppy with my eating and exercise.
I can take a team if you need help, but forewarned I will be going to London for a week during week 3 of the challenge.

| I would be willing to head this one up if there are no other volunteers. I think I would keep the same format as the last challenge other than a couple minor adjustments. I'll start a new sign up thread with the rules and such and we will start next Monday. Everyone OK with that? Any other willing team leaders? |
