Hi everyone.
I'm just wondering how many of us have dusty gym memberships that we pay for each month and never use.
I joined a gym a month ago and I've only been 3 times and find myself slacking off already. NOT GOOD considering I have a two year membership.
So how about a challenge to get our behinds back to the gym, and at least try to be a dust buster.
I intend to go back on Monday July 2nd. So to make this simple how about a roll call on dates.
If you make it back to the gym on your intended date, all you need to do is post a
I DID and if you want let us know how it went. |

Just show up on the date that you say you will post an I did it after you've been and if you want share how it went, if you feel the better for it, and if you intend to go back again, which I hope we all will, post the date, then an I did after you've been and if you want share how it went. It just repeats.
It sounds simple right? But getting started is the hardest thing, |

| I like the term "Dusty Gym Membership" for it describes my DW's membership perfectly. Great term. |

I did it. although like you not at the gym. Instead I did 30 minutes George Foreman Walk it DVD.
This dusting that gym membership really is a challenge.....
But we'll keep on trying :D |
