Hi, I went on SB 3 weeks ago, didnt entirely stick to it but lost 2 lbs
Now I have gained 6lbs!!
This is a nightmare, when I wasn't on the diet I didnt gain like this- I'd just stay at the same weight!! |

you need to stick to the plan to lose. judging from your journal, you are eating non-sb friendly foods. a lot of them. and you don't list any snacks, are you having any?
i know it can be tough, but if you can stick it out, it gets so much easier after the first few days. if you were able to do this before, you can do it again and make it a way of life.
remember: nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels. |

I read your journal.
it would help if you even followed the plan at all.
have you ever managed to stick to phase 1 for 2 weeks and then wean into phase two or do you continue to eat cornbread, chocolate, fruit and alcohol and delude yourself into thinking your on a diet..... |

| No, you haven't been doing SB, so you can't blame anything on the diet. Try reading your last post in your journal through someone else's eyes, thinking, "what would I tell this person if they asked me for advice?" It might help you see what we're thinking. |

Ok, so I 've started again.. You're right, I wasnt sticking to it..
I'm on day 3 now of the real version of SB...its going okay so far.. |
