My RHR is 44 to 48 pretty consistently unless I'm not feeling well, short on sleep or over training.
That's pretty low! Maybe I should cut caffeine even more. |

I've cut my intake by 70% as of this week. My goal is to be caffeine free by Fall so that I can race on it and have the maximum bump from it. |

Back to the OP though...
Every night I like to see my HR get below 50.
Every day I like to see my HR get over 140 for 45 minutes or more.
Twice a week I like to see my HR exceed 175.
Once a week I like to see my HR exceed 180.
Truly rested RHR = 44.
Max HR = 184. |
