Remember when we transitioned from P1 to P2- how wonderful food tasted to us again? I remember eating everything so slowly and savoring every bite of my re-introduced foods (breads/fruits). It was like I was eating these foods for the first time. I wish that this had lasted longer- I now find myself eating fast again and forgetting to enjoy. I now plan to make a conscious effort to remind myself to slow down and taste everything.

What are some foods that you find yourself savoring every bite of?

what i savor is sushi and filet mignon. these are probably two if my fav things to eat, and when i eat them i take small bites and taste the flavors. well at least i try to but sometimes if im really hungry i will just chew huge bites of steak lol! but the sushi i do eat slowly bc i know there really isnt a lot of food there--meaning rolls--so i like to enjoy it
