This was such a busy week and weekend got even busier,
but found a way to fit in the minimum requirements (normally

no matter who is visiting, how many functions I attend
with temptations around.
2. Wear form fitting tops around house (I feel too comfortable
with my baggy shirts)
3. Add an exercise I like to do: wide V's 75 per day for
5/7 days this week.
Not as many points as I would have liked, but with the challenge
the fitness and eating did not go totally by the wayside.

1. Take my prenatal vitamin every day.
2. Track everything I eat on Babyfit.com 5/7 days.
3. Be one of the top 3 for this last week! (That will take some serious effort on my part, but I can do it!) |

- stretch before and after each workout
- eat 4.5 cups of veggies 6/7 days
- come up with plan on how i will stay beachy on vacation (leaving friday)

I almost just gave up and didn't post... but that wouldn't be like me. Sorry in advance - just a too busy week and no "me" time.
water: 5 days x 2 pts = 10 pts.
goals 2 out of 3 = 10 pts.
Total = 20 points
Goals for the final week:
1. Eating beachy 5 of 7 days
2. Find 15 minutes a day to pamper myself.
3. Write down what I eat each day. Accountability! :evil:

Thanks Meemoo for putting my post in correct thread.
I am starting this week off right just in case gets really
busy... did a cardio and a lower body wt. workout today
and did a Push It for the cardio.
I think we did great considering how busy and traveling
most of us were this past week! |

I, too, am starting the last week off right. I did cardio this morning and am 2/3 the way into my water. I still need to post my goals, I am just having a hard time thinking up something new. I may have to go with one of the old standbys that I've used already.
Let's all try and make up some points this week. We are in dead last in the competition! (But I don't think we can catch up to the Shapeshifters, they are kicking some serious butt! :wink:) |

Many, many humble apologies, team ... I've learned I don't do as well when I lose that framework/schedule of school every day! Bad, bad week, but I am determined to make this last week the BEST!!! Here are the stats:
REQUIREMENTS:
Cardio: 4 workouts @ 5 points each = 20 points
Strength: 2 workouts @ 5 points each = 10 points
Water: 7/7 days @ 2 points each = 14 points
Goals: Met 0/3 goals @ 5 points each = 0 points
TOTAL REQUIREMENT POINTS: 44 POINTS
BONUSES:
Did 3 additional cardio sessions (some 2-a-day): 15 points
Tried 1 new workout: 2 points
90 min workout on Tuesday: 5 points
(Push it) Did an insane amount of cleaning/house jobs Friday: 2 points
TOTAL BONUS POINTS: 24 POINTS
TOTAL POINTS: 68
New goals for week 3:
- Do 2-a-day or 90-minute workouts at least 3 times this week
- Take a little "me" time every day - maybe finish my book I'm reading
- Eat "clean" all week - NO TREATS!!!
Good luck to everyone in this our last week - work hard, make those goals happen!

Hey Gang!
Salmon checking in from New Orleans, land of the fried everything. I did okay today, though I didn't get any exercise (planes, trains and automobiles plus meetings and rainstorms)......
The "gym" in my hotel is at the next door hospital. If I don't figure out where it is and how to use it it will be difficult to do weights....

This past week was crazy and so I only met 1/3 of my goals. The place we were housed in on the retreat was over a 30 minute walk each way, which is how I got in so many cardio workouts. :shock:
Hopefully this week will be better in terms of strength training and achieving my goas.

2. Eat beachy 5 days and almost beachy 2 days
