Anyways, I was on vacation for the weekend...so that really didn't go very well :lol: but we'll see what happens when I add it all up :mrgreen:

I had a great weekend in the mountains with some friends! Whitewater rafting, hiking, mountain biking...awesome! Lots of exercise...and I packed all of my meals and took it with me in a cooler. When they all picked up fast food, ice cream, chocolate...I had my beachy food ready! Anyway, here are my week 3 results:

Hey guys!

I had a miserable week, but I'm fessing up and still posting my pathetic scores, rather than just running away and hiding, so I'm happy about that. :)

I'm not even going to bother to make this all fancy looking, it's pretty simple:

4 cardio workouts = 20 pts
1 strength workout = 5 pts
5 water days = 10 pts
1 push-it = 2 pts

TOTAL: 37 pts

I had a lot going on last week, and all the stress just got to me. Also, I did not ever get around to officially setting goals, and so I didn't do the things I meant to do anyway. Honestly I'm amazed I manged to do what I did!

Fortunately, I got an apartment yesterday!! So one of my big stressors has resolved itself. The apartment needs some work before I move in (a few maintenance things, painting, cleaning), so there's still lots to think about, but at least it's exciting! Also, I started an evening class today, so I'll have work AND class every day... we'll see how that goes :)

Goals for WEEK 4:

1) Yoga - sun salutations 5 days, and at least attempt standing sequence twice this week
2) Pushups - M, W, F, Su; Crunches - T, Th, Sa
3) Running - PLAN OUT A SCHEDULE for the next three weeks AND stick to this week's portion of it

Okay, I sent in our week 3 totals to A-Rod.

We ended up after averaging for the missing 3 players, the exact same amount of points as last week--869. Pretty good huh!

Keep working this week and we'll end it all in grand style!

I did pretty good today, I made good on one of my goals. I rode my bike to my play rehearsal. I gave myself 50 minutes to get there, and I made it in 40 (insert Push-it points)!!

I also rode back, so I'm counting it as two cardio workouts. Maybe I'll get in some yoga this afternoon!

Compared to my team members I have really poor scores, but compared to other teams I'm really not that bad. You guys were awesome!

I actually gained like 3-4ish pounds the last 4 weeks. Does this count as negative points? :wink:

Additional strength: 3 @ 2 points each = 6 points
Trying a different exercise: 1 @ 2 points each = 2 points
Workouts over 90 minutes: 1 @ 5 points each = 5 points
Push it: 3 @ 2 points each: 6 points

TOTAL BONUS POINTS: 59 POINTS

TOTAL POINTS: 118 points

AND I lost a total of 12 pounds over the four week period! That is 6% of my body weight so that's is good for another 30 points!

Total points + weight points= 148 points

Don't forget your points for % of body weight lost. Just divide the pounds you lost by your starting weight and that is the % of body weight lost. You get 5 points for each percentage point you lost. No negative points if you gained--it is muscle without a doubt. So don't forget to report in that last figure.
