I never really post things like this, but hey, why not!? Well, I have given up weighing myself for a while so I'm not sure how the numbers are going, but today I noticed that I have started having to do my belt up two notches tighter! That's only just happened recently (not sure when - I'm a well known space cadet!) in addition to the notches that I already lost...
Just when I was feeling rather discouraged!
sorry for the silly post, just thought I'd share!
Karen

| That's awesome! I think sometimes we get too focused on the scale so finding some non-scale ways of measuring progress can be really motivating. Congrats! |
