| during p1 did you noticably lose weight? like, did your pants feel looser or did you actually look slimmer? or was it water weight? |

| yes, I noticed. But I noticed a lot more my first week in phase 2 and then beyond. |

| I did i lost like 10 pounds maybe more (i need to wieght myself right before it go to phase 2 to get the exact im going tommorow so i should be able to post it). I went down 2 sizes and some alot of my old cloths that used to be horrificly tight all of a sudden fit! |

| tomorrow is my last day on p1. i can see a difference in my arms face a bit and in the way my pants fit my thighs, but nothing in the belly department yet really. |

| On P1 I didn't notice at all. In fact I looked bloated, so I made the mistake of prolonging P1 another week. The 3rd week I started losing very fast. Could've started P2 when it was time. |
