| I have one big question regarding cheese. I am allergic to dairy and with the first 2 days of this plan I did the cheese, and my body was feeling the effects, although I did lose 2 pounds. I am really searching hard for a way to stay on this plan and reduce or eliminate the cheese. What do you all think about nuts and nut butter, or tofu or beans? thank you all for your support I love this diet and the forum we all have here for our help |
