I am on day 7. Phase 1. I started on the 13th and I'm down 3lbs (not alot) :cry: But TODAY is the 1st day I am having TERRIBLE chocolate cravings!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just had a snack of hummus & celery, but it's not helping!!!! I want a Hersey Bar!!!!!!
What can I do to combat these horrible cravings!!!!
I felt like it has been fairly easy until TODAY!!!!!
HELP!!!! I'm having the shakes for a chocolate bar!!!!

Okay, I have no idea why my question posted like 7-8 times!!! I walked away from the computer to make a baby bottle and came back to see allllll my posts!!!
Sorry folks, I tried to go and delete each post individually but this board is wwaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy to slow. |

| Maybe you could try having some dairy? Or even a NSA fudgesicle? Drinking water also helps me.. |

| You're welcome! Remember to limit sweet treats to 100 calories/day. The fudgesicles I get are about 40 calories so that shouldn't be a problem. |

| I 2 am a chocoholic and I HATE milk so I make a choc milk drink and this satifies my choc need and gets the dairy requirement met. It is easy just nuke a couple Tble spoons water in micro and then add a T cocoa pwdr and a couple t splenda and stir. I let this cool a bit and then add it to my milk...YUM |
