I am on day 7. Phase 1. I started on the 13th and I'm down 3lbs (not alot) :cry: But TODAY is the 1st day I am having TERRIBLE chocolate cravings!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just had a snack of hummus & celery, but it's not helping!!!! I want a Hersey Bar!!!!!!
What can I do to combat these horrible cravings!!!!
I felt like it has been fairly easy until TODAY!!!!!
HELP!!!! I'm having the shakes for a chocolate bar!!!!
