I am on day 7. Phase 1. I started on the 13th and I'm down 3lbs (not alot) :cry: But TODAY is the 1st day I am having TERRIBLE chocolate cravings!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just had a snack of hummus & celery, but it's not helping!!!! I want a Hersey Bar!!!!!!
What can I do to combat these horrible cravings!!!!
I felt like it has been fairly easy until TODAY!!!!!
HELP!!!! I'm having the shakes for a chocolate bar!!!!

eat some protein.
a hard boiled egg
or some string cheese
drink some water
and take a walk.
just suck it up and say NO |

| have you tried no sugar added fudge pops? they are a p1 approved sweet treat and help me get my chocolate fix. |

| i also eat the no sugar added fudge pops and they help, and you can also try a suger free popciycle they are great ! so do not feel bad just find an alternative. good luck |

At the risk of sounding like a broken record (I've posted this in many a thread ;)), when I crave chocolate, I eat the SB peanut butter cup recipe that's from the recipe boards. Melt 1 NSA fudgesicle, stir in 2 tbs cool whip lite and 1 tbs NATURAL peanut butter, freeze for 45-60 minutes, voila! Delicious SB-friendly dessert.
I eat this every night. Yum. |
