:? I am on day four of p1 and have gained three pounds. I am in decent shape for my age and am very active. I broke a bone in my back 4whln in the fall and had to stop lifting but remained semi active, with poor diet. Two weeks ago I started again every day m-f. I am trying to lose the small tire that has developed over time and since the accident. I run 3 miles in the morning and ride a stationary bike every other day, as well as play b-ball every wed/fri am for 1.5hrs. I am ok with the diet except at night my legs feel like jello. I eat plenty of veggies and follow the meal plan closley. No cheating at all. Advice anyone
