What a crazy weekend with the soccer tournament! The girls did great and we had tons of fun but I am soooo tired today it's ridiculous. LOL! Here are points from last week. Awesome job Caffrey!!!! Cardio: 4 workouts @ 5 points each = 20 points total
Strength: 2 workouts @ 5 points each = 10 points
Water: 6/7 days @ 2 points each = 12 points total
Goals: Met 2/3 goals @ 5 points each = 10 points total
TOTAL REQUIREMENT POINTS: 52 POINTS
BONUSES:
2 90 minute workouts = 10 point bonus
Extra Strength workout = 2 point bonus
2 x push its (as detailed throughout week) = 4 point bonus
Used the weight machine at the hotel gym = 2 point bonus
Used the stationary bike at the hotel gym = 2 point bonus
TOTAL BONUS POINTS: 20 POINTS
WEEKLY TOTAL: 72 POINTS
