| Otter...I am right there with you on missing the 7/7 on eating completely beachy. But it was Oh so worth it!!! We went and sampled food for the weding tonight and each and every bite was awesome!! We ended up going with chicken with rice and mushrooms insode a puffed pastry shell, with bosoli cheese mashed potatoes and squash with brown sugar. Plus these amazing crusty french bread type rolls. I am ashamed to say I had more than one. I know the scale isn't going to be pretty toorrow and I may not weigh myself. But I will jump right back into phase one no problem and get right back on track. :) |

Oh gosh, need it gone, all that food sounds DIVINE! A real feast for your wedding guests!
Here are my points for the week. I am not going to exercise today and getting in my water and push ups will be a no brainer so here you go!
Week of June 18-24:
REQUIREMENTS:
Cardio: 4 workouts @ 5 points each = 20 points total
Strength: 2 workouts @ 5 points each = 10 points
Water: 7/7 days @ 2 points each = 14 points total
Goals: Met 3/3 goals @ 5 points each = 15 points total
TOTAL REQUIREMENT POINTS: 59 POINTS
BONUSES:
5 x additional cardio workouts = 25 point bonus
Tried a new workout DVD = 2 point bonus
90 minute workout on Tuesday = 5 point bonus
Extra Strength workout = 2 point bonus
7 x push its (as detailed throughout week) = 14 point bonus
TOTAL BONUS POINTS: 48 POINTS
WEEKLY TOTAL: 107 POINTS - YAHOO!!!!
Week OF JUNE 25-JULY 1 GOALS:
1. Eat clean 6/7 days
2. Work glutes 3x

Your wedding menu sounds delicicious! Squash with brown sugar YUM!! Is it a fall wedding?--that menu would be tasty on a chilly fall evening!
Today we are getting the house cleaned up , laundry put away and maybe some swimming today

It sure is a fall wedding!! We are getting married Septembre 29th! I love love love fall!! It is my favorite tie of the year. :) Michael and I decided we wanted something really different for dinner and man did it all taste good!! Plus the scale only went up .2 of a pound. So it didn't hurt me any to eat what I ate and I am right back on track today. :) Michael asked me how much is 2 tenths of a pound??...the weight of a pencil?? I just told him it was probably a couple of ounces. My new scale is crazy. It measures BMI, fat precentage, water percentage, how much fat your body has and bone mass. Plus it is programed and tells me how I am doing since my last ewigh in. Pretty cool. :)

Thanks guys! I figured I should really take it up a notch looking at some of the scores on the other teams. Do not ask me how some people are scoring 120-130 - I have no clue! I could have scraped another 10 points if I'd split up my cardio on Monday and Wednesday but that would be the absolute max without killing myself! LOL! I will do my best to hit the 100s again through this last week. We should definitely go out on a high note!
A fall wedding sounds so lovely. It really is a beautiful time of year and not so hot for dragging around a heavy dress either. I hope it turns out to be all that you and Michael have dreamed of. |

Checking in from vacation to post my points. I have been eating great (non-beachy food), but I have been getting a ton of exercise (or so I think).

WEEKLY TOTAL: 77 POINTS (not as good as caffrey, but not bad for being on vacation....)

1. Eat P 1.5 until I feel my body is cleansed (4-5 days)
2. Find a good suit for swimming

| I'm liable to COST us points on the weigh in!! :( I'm hoving between 124.4 and 126.4 (125.8 this morning). 123.2 is the lowest I've seen in the last three weeks. I don't know how long it'll take to get it to stick. :cry |

As for me, if there is a loss (depending on how this final week shakes out) I may be down a whopping 1 lb--but I am so glad that I am not on the summer gain cycle I have seen in my not -so-distant past!
