Just cheking in.
This has been a crazy week for me workwise and next week I will be on travel for work....
Well no time like the present to test those theories about how to do SB on the road, eh?
I have been keeping up with my requirements this week, however, I have not been adding the extra cardio in the way I did last week......

I am busy too, had a guest over for a few days.
Am keeping track of my workouts
(yes, getting away for a walk in the park does work with
guest over, they can either come or understand I have
to walk dogs).
Today can fit in my wt. workout to catch up on that.
My goal is to maintain minimum workouts this week.
I guess we get to test our challenge during extra busy
weeks...

| Hi Everyone!!! Wow, I really can't believe it's friday and almost the end of week 3! Things have been sooo busy lately. I'm leaving for a 3 week road-trip in one week, and have been trying to prepare. I've been keeping up with the challenge requirements and goals, however...Anyway, hope you all have a lovely weekend! |

| Hi everyone, I'm back from my retreat. It was crazy busy the entire time (see my journal for details) so I didn't get in any strength training. But I got in a ton of cardio because they had us staying in Siberia with no car. Hope you all are doing well!! |

I am posting my results for this week on this thread:
REQUIRED:
Cardio: 4 workouts @ 5 Points each = 20 Points
Strength: 2 workouts @ 5 Points each = 10 Points
Water: 4/7 days @ 2 points each = 8 Points
Goals: Met all goals at 5 Points each = 15 Points
No Bonus Points earned
Total Points: 53 Points
This was such a busy week and weekend got even busier,
but found a way to fit in the minimum requirements (normally
would have let the cardio just go if got too busy) which leads
on to the goals for this week...
1. Make fitness and eating and drinking water a priority
no matter who is visiting, how many functions I attend
with temptations around.
2. Wear form fitting tops around house (I feel too comfortable
with my baggy shirts)
3. Add an exercise I like to do: wide V's 75 per day for
5/7 days this week.
Not as many points as I would have liked, but with the challenge
the fitness and eating did not go totally by the wayside.
