Wow! Reading over everyone's results...great job

and 100 POINTS!!! That is great.

Any amount of points make us develop these great
health habits! Until this challenge I just could not
get down enough water. Now a 'bad' day is getting
only 6 glasses down!

My goals will be with food this week as that is
a bit of a problem...I seem to think I can have
extra if I exercise it off (this has been a belief
of mine always)...so

1) Do not overeat or eat extra food (unless, of course
veggies/fruits) just because I did extra exer.
2) Always eat a veggie/fruit every time I eat anything.
3) Keep a scale in the kitchen and get on it if I think
of any temptations.

Got in a cardio yesterday and all my water, even though
a super busy day for me.
Met my goals yesterday.

Go Meetoos!!! I am inspired reading your postings!

Seems everyone is pretty busy this time of year - and as a result we're not posting much. I'm motivated for this June Challenge -then I give you the BUT................... Busy at work - crazy at home due to bathroom renovations... adds up to no exercise so far this week! Do we have an official butt-kicker on our team for situations such as this? I need one!

IF I get my a$$ in gear, I could still make requirements! Four days left - four cardio? HELP!!!!!

Searay~I think I'm the official but kicker for our team, (although I'm not sure I'm mean enough). I don't have to tell you how good it is for you to exercise and how much more energy you will have during the day (especially if you exercise in the morning). Go for a quick walk during your lunch break! Even if it's just 15 minutes, then you can slip in another 15 minutes later in the day. We are all busy, but we need to do this for ourselves! We deserve to feel good about ourselves!! So get off of your duff and exercise!!

valkm~I, too, feel the effects on the days I do not drink enough water. Especially if it's more than one day in a row.

I need to go and get my workout clothes on and banish my kids from the TV so I can do something before my son's baseball game this afternoon. So I'm off to grab a quick bite and then get it done!!

Way to go team!! Let's be strong heading into the weekend! Anyone need some "weekend survival" tips? I've posted an article or two before. I'll try and track them down and repost here.

I found the articles for Surviving the Weekend and Tips for a Healthy Weekend

Of course it's stuff we've all heard but the reminder that we all need.

:D
