I cheated a few times too...had a few potato chips here and there and a few munchkins, but totally still lost some weight. wooooooooo =) I haven't wroked out at all either.
i've done the SBD like 2 summers ago, and lost 7 lbs after the 1st day (prob mostly waterweight), but i did work out and lost like 15 lbs altogether later on, but then went back to my old eating habits and gained it all back when i went back to college. (alcohol is evilll haha)
I'm totally gonna try and stick with the diet this time around cuz i've since packed on 20 lbs :oops: I'm also gonna start working out, too. i'm only cheating next weekend for my graduation party though lol |
