Hey ya'all :D
Still feeling great-- this plan is so not a diet that I honest;y forget what day I am --either day 3 or 4 ((or else I'm having a pre-senior moment))
Is pumpkin allowed in p1? How about jicama?? :? :?
I make a real yummy pumpkin spice thingie ((like thanksgiving in May))
I read an earlier posts that I wanted to comment on... Heck yeah I am a food junkie!! ((addict)) :!: This plan is much different than the 1,000's I have tried. I did the twelve step thing ((OA-HOW)) with alot of success- 3 weighed and measured meals (Nothing else) I did it for 2 yrs then the restriction was too much for me... although I have not used white sugar or flour in almost three years... I was unstructured and going crazy with other foods.... But with this new way of thinking about my daily bread came into my life((I'll say it again I like the 75 cal treat allowance)) I cannot live in a black and white food land... becuase I am sure to "be bad" and when I'm bad-- IM REALLY REALLY BAD!! :twisted:
