So, I got like the bare minimum this week and I apologize. I've been dog tired! Not getting enough sleep really hinders my ability to do a good workout. Things should be back to normal this week.
REQUIREMENTS:
Cardio: 4 workouts @ 5 points each = 20 points
Strength: 2 workouts @ 5 points each = 10 points
Water: 7/7 days @ 2 points each = 14 points total
Goals: Met 3/3 goals = 15 points
TOTAL REQUIREMENT POINTS: 59 points
BONUSES:
I didn't have any bonuses this week that I can think of.
Week OF JUNE 18-25 GOALS:
1. Take my vitamins every single day
2. Include veggies in my packed lunch each day
3. Do at least two ab workouts |
