Hi everyone,
I am going to start a new thread (belated) for this week so I copied your points and goals into this thread:

Already did my cardio today and did a cardio session last night.

My legs are a bit sore and I am in class this week and my exercise is walking by the river:


CAFFREY

Week of June 4-10:

REQUIREMENTS:
Cardio: 5 workouts @ 5 points each = 20 points total + 5 bonus points
Strength: 2 workouts @ 5 points each = 10 points
Water: 7/7 days @ 2 points each = 14 points total
Goals: Met 3/3 goals @ 5 points each = 15 points total
TOTAL REQUIREMENT & BONUS POINTS: 64 POINTS


Week OF JUNE 11-17 GOALS:
1. Eat clean 6/7 days
2. Go in the sauna twice.
3. Do at least 10 push ups every day.

I thought the internet problem was on my end....

I was very proud of myself last night. I missed my trip to the gym becasue I spent 1.5 hours (from 5 - 6:30 pm) rearraging a room full of really heavy boxes at work (which I did count as a strength training session). But, I still got on the elliptical at home for 30 minutes after dinner (which I normally never do). I am trying to make up for a less then stellar point showing in week 1....

Looks like the internet is still crazy today. I'm still out and stealing a few minutes at the coffee shop. Might have to buy a new modem for the system. :x

Hey teammies!! Sorry I have been MIA!! Craziness around here. We are leaving in the morning for the Delss, Maddy has dance nationals this week. Oh and Michael gets to compete also for the "Daddy Daughter" dance. So we have been crazy packing and all of that fun stuff. :)

Here are my points from lst week and goals for this week.

I'm here!!! Sorry I haven't been posting regularly. DS's birthday is today, spent Monday at a funeral in another state, have an 8 day music festival happening here that is taking up our evenings. So, here's my points (and I have absolutely no idea if they are right! If I'm doing this wrong, please let me know. I did a strength/cardio video that was a big bonus for me! But I don't know if I can count it as my fourth strength workout AND a bonus?)

REQUIREMENTS:
Cardio: 4 workouts @ 5 points each = 20 points total
Strength: 2 workouts @ 5 points each = 10 points
Water: 7/7 days @ 2 points each = 14 points total
Goals: Met 2/3 goals @ 5 points each = 10 points total
New DVD = 2 points
3rd strength workout=2
TOTAL REQUIREMENT & BONUS POINTS: 58 POINTS

Week OF JUNE 11-17 GOALS:
1. Keep control at music festival
2. Do Ripped 1000 again (this video kicks my butt)
3. Do 10 push-ups on my toes by weeks end.

OK, I edited my score because reading back through the posts, I don't get 5 points for my 3rd strength workout during the week (my strength workouts are 70 minutes long, and I do them every other day.) I push myself to do all the reps in these videos, but I don't know if I'm supposed to count points for that.

Krissmiss, I think if doing all the reps is something you don't usually do then you can definetely give a push it bonus!

Also, luvmycritters, I think you shortchanged yourself of 2 points! If you did drink h2o 6 days you should have 12 pts, so your total is 47!

Don't know bout you guys, but I'm really starting to feel all this exercise working! I notice that the videos I'm using are getting easier, and now I am able to start running instead of walking and I can run farther than I have been able to for years! Woohoo!

Hi everyone

I have been pretty busy running around this week but I promise to get all the strength training done before the end of the weekend

So far I have done 4 cardio this week

I forgot to drink my water yesterday :shock:

I have been Peanut butter free since Sunday so a goal may be realized :)

I had some to drink yesterday--that leaves only 1-2 more opportunities for that--must be judicious with the wine!!!

I sent A-Rod our scores but I am waiting on

If this double or triple posts, sorry -- I am having tons of problems on this site over the last few days.

I am doing well - on track to finish higher then last week, but the following week is going to be tough, as we are going on a mini-vaca. The only thing that I am really worried about is getting 100 oz of water while not sitting in my office all day. Maybe I can lower to 70 for the days I am out of town. I hate to be the tourist who has to stop and pee every 30 minutes....

So far, I've gone running three times this week, and I did strength one day. I'm doing better on eating beachy this week, too!!

Well, I've been eating beaching with the exception of a chicken quesadilla Saturday night, and a calzone last night, at the music festival. Got on the scale this morning and I'm down 2 pounds from the day we started the challenge!!! Whoooo Hooooo!!! And I'm totally excited about 2 pounds because I wasn't sure if I would even lose any more weight.

Still doing my workouts, but not as strenously as usual. I've been getting about 5 1/2hrs sleep a night. But this Saturday is the last night of the festival, so back to early bed time and early rising for workouts!
