what do you eat when feeling ill?

Newday      

I have some kind of a viral thing currently and was starting week 2 of P1. We are also going on vacation next weekend. So, I'm thinking I might kind of do phase 2 until after vacation and then jump back on P1 for a week or so until cravings get under control. This isn't my first time, so I kind of 'know' myself well...

anyhoo... what do you eat on P1/P2 when ill? nuts, most dairy, raw veggies and eggs are not very appetizing right now. It makes my tummy hurt just thinking of it. I might be able to tolerate some eggs with the 'mock' things like french toast, some whole grain toast, maybe some quiche, soups. Anything else I might be missing?
