| Hi all, I started this diet, and I'm on day 4 right now, and so far i feel like i've gained weight haha i try to avoid stepping on that scale, im going to wait till a full 2 weeks. Anyway, I'd like to know when did you guys start noticing the weight loss? As in you can 'see' a difference in your body? |

| I've on Day 4 also, but unlike you, I'm a compulsive scale-watcher :oops: The scale says I lost a few pounds, but I haven't noticed anything dramatic yet, obviously. I can kinda "see" a difference, but I'm not sure if that's just wishful thinking :wink: Nevertheless, I'm starting up exercising today, so I hope to see more visible results soon. Trust me, you ARE losing weight, even though you might not feel it yet. And in two weeks, when you weigh yourself, you'll be amazed! :D |

| On my 4th day in P1 I as able to go to the next notch on my belt. Today is my first day in P2 and my clothes fit so much better. Scale shows I lost 6 lbs, but I feel like I've lost twice as much! |

| Day 4, too. I have been feeling great. I learned on the Atkins diet my life with gastro-distress is someway related to my carb-loaded diet. I unfortuately, fell off that wagon despite my success on feeling of well being. I have been a complusive dieter for most of my life. I have decided to re-try SB. I am doing it w/o the knowledge of my friends and family. I am so tired of explaining my crazy diets. I hope this time the success will be in the weight loss. I appreciate the encouragement from this forum considering I am going at this alone. :wink: |
