| Just had a physical with my Doc and we discussed both Avandia and Actos as potential meds for me. His feeling in talking with other doctors and professionals is that the studies were not as conclusive or as well run as they would like to see to stop using them completely. He is tending to Actos more than Avandia now though, which is also what he takes. |

| To tell the truth, I'm not that familiar with the drugs in question as I, thankfully, am neither diabetic nor pre-diabetic. I just stumbled across the article and posted it thinking it would be relevant to many people here. I know I always like to have background information on this kind of stuff if I need to discuss it with an m.d. |
