Since we've had a little confusion about certain fine points of the challenge, I wanted to clarify a few things:
PLEASE, everyone go to your team threads to catch the discussion on double-counting points. Most of you have probably seen this already, but I hope we're all on the same page now! ;) Please feel free to post here iwth any questions about this, or anything!
Also, I wanted to clarify that the bonus for 90 minute workouts is for 90 minutes of CARDIO - weights don't count toward this, and two 45-min workouts in a day don't count towards this either. The point is for that long, sustained cardio that goes directly to fat-burn mode after your glycogen is spent!
Does everybody feel OK with the requirements and goals and scoring? I know this system might be confusing at first, but I promise you'll all do fine once you get the hang of it! |
