HELLO EVERYONE, I AM NEW TO THE BOARDS AND HAVE BEEN DOING SBD FOR ABOUT 1 MONTH OR SO. I HAVE BEEN OVERWEIGHT SINCE COLLEGE, AS OF RIGHT NOW I AM ABOUT 50LBS OVER WHAT I SHOULD BE.
SO ON THE TOPIC- HAS ANYONE EVER GAINED WEIGHT IN THEIR FEET? I MEAN I STILL WEAR SIZE 8 BUT I TRIED ON SOME STRAPPY HEELS AND THEY ACTUALLY MADE MY FEET LOOK FAT. AND I COULDNT GET THE STRPS AROUND MY ANKLES, BUT I GUESS MY ANKLES ACTUALLY ARE BIGGER AS A RESULT OF WEIGHT GAIN, WHICH MAKES SENSE BUT I DONT GET THE FAT FEET. ANY ONE KNOW ABOUT THIS?? |

sure you can gain weight in your feet... also retain water in your ankles.
i've gone from an 8 1/2 wide to a regular width shoe now... |

| I don't know other then the fact that some of my shoes I wore last summer are now looser. I know the length of my feet didn't get smaller, but the fat on top of the foot seems to be gone giving me extra room. |

| My money is on edema in your feet. You can probably also accumulate fat there, but I know personally that when my ankles puff up, my feet do too. It's especially problematic for me as I already have wide feet. If they swell too much, I am totally $crewed for shoes! |
