Bad news: Today was a boring day. Hence, I ate a lot more.
Good news: yesterday I lost .5 pounds!

Breakfast

Egg and egg white fried in Pam
Coffee w/ skim milk
6 mini squares of Laughing Cow cheese

Snack
2 Cheese sticks

Lunch
Tuna and veggies

Snack
A salad w/ no-cal dressing
3 more Laughing Cow Cheese mini squares

Dinner
Roasted Eggplant and vegetables, but with Pam instead of olive oil

Dessert
Mocha Ricotta Creme

I'm a vegetarian, so it's hard for me to find good substitutes. I'm thinking about using veggie ham and bolona instead of turkey and ham for the roll-ups. Maybe that way I'll eat less cheese.

I can see how that would be hard being a vegitarian and all. but I think you have the right mindset which will help alot!
