| Hey you all...I know that you can not spot reduce so i have heard...do you know good exercise for inner thigh? |

| are you trying to get rid of jiggle? if so, cardio is the way to do it. you can strengthen those muscles with adductor/abductor machines at the gym, but that won't help slim them down or reduce jiggle. |

I am doing cardio now... :lol: I have heard that will help too.
I dont want my legs to rub together...I guess cardio will eventually get rid of that too... :lol:

| I have gym here at work...but they have no hip abductor machines...is there any home exercises I can do? I do cardio outside usually in the way of speed walking. I love being outdoors!! :lol: |

Speed walking is excellent! Throw in a bit of running also.... :D |

well thanks for the input...just this morning in my goal for the week of June 4-11 is to add jogging to two days of my walking program :lol:
Is that the only solution? I am not a great runner and dont know if I wanna be to be honest? If it will help in this area I can add it to my list...but not really a fave of mine and I think it is important to enjoy the type of exercise you do...dont know if I could be an avid runner. |
