I'm with Valkm. This challenge is just what I needed. I had a busy day today (well I have a busy week with evening events every night) and it 's now 10:30 and instead of collapsing on the couch when I got home, I made sure I had my gym bag packed for my 6 am weight session, my water bottles lined up and my lunches made............
So this is great! I had a good day today and met all my goals. I am keeping my water resolution though I will not award myself extra points for it, but having it as a goal makes me fulfill it as early as I can in the day so that I don't have to do it all after work....
Hope everyone has a great day tomorrow.

Hi everyone. Had another great day. I even decided to walk before hopping in my car and sitting in traffic. I'm so glad I did because I got in an extra cardio session and I beat the worst of the traffic. :D
I'm almost finished with all of my water and I'm looking forward to tomorrow's jog/walk.
Oh, I guess I'm going to have to pm A-Rod to see what she has to say about my 3rd personal goal (200 minutes of cardio). I'm guessing she's going to veto it. |

Good you all!
How is everyone? I got all my water in yesterday and cardio. I got my toning in early this morning. oh yeah!! 8)
On my list of goals I am thinking that for the cut off time of eating was a bad choice. I am thinking I should have put if I eat later...make sure I do some sort of exercise after that to make up for later eating. I usually walk after supper anyhow... |

I can feel the energy from the team! We're going to ALL do well! Go Meetoos!
Yesterday I did 30 cardio for requirement and 30 cardio last night for bonus! Water drinking is A-OK and eating has been super beachy!
Last night I thought for a moment about raiding the cupboards - and then it clicked. Can't let the team down! GREAT motivation! Thanks everyone!

I used to linger on the forum and read, now most spare
time spent doing challenge/goals or making sure food
is in line for convenience.
I finally (third day of trying) made the water requirement.
The exercise is going great. Cardo today at higher
intensity. Sit ups/ stretching (saw someone did their
first yoga class - that is great - those are the stretches
I prefer).
Again, this is a challenge. |

Hi
I left work a bit early today to get in a workout before the meeting of my investment club. When I got to my car, I thought well I'll just go home, but I forced myself to go to the gym and got in a weight lifting session.
After the meeting I thought well I'll just go treat myself to a gelato--I had heard they opened a new gelato shop downtown. Well I drove by it and guess what, I drove by it.....I came home and had a sf fudgsicle instead.
So the team thing does work....thanks gang!
GO TEAM!!!

Everyone is doing so great!! Go Moving Meetoos!!
I did well today: ate well, did my cardio, got my water. But it felt a little forced, like my heart wasn't into it. I wanted to cheat, I wanted to not exercise. I'm just starting to run low on energy, etc because I only have a couple more weeks left of school. But I'm putting myself first because school is not worth my neglecting my health! :D |

Great attitude, p_wreath! And great job, salmonlady, on resisting that gelato! :D
So far I haven't missed any workouts. But I am sore! I did a new upper & lower body DVD routine (Prevention, it's great BTW) and I feel it in my quads especially. I didn't think it was enough exertion to do any good, but apparently it did something!
Here's some advice for you guys: once you have established an exercise routine, stay with it. It's easier and more beneficial to just keep going than it is to try and get back on track once you've fallen off. Same for the WOE, too. Just keep going so you don't gain a bunch back, like I did. It's not coming off very fast this time around. :( But I am going to keep going; eventually I will see some results. I have all my teamies to cheer me on! :P |

Good morning :D
Just checking in with you all. DId water yesterday and already did 24 oz for today. yesterday went for walk with family at the park after work. My weightloss is encouraging my husband to get rid of his belly fat he accumulated over past couple of years-oh yeah! It is nice to have him walking with us and trying to eat healthier. He has even given up pop. He said he doesnt have a taste for it anymore.
Anyways...I ran a little last night on our walk...so met one of my goals!!! I am not doing so hot about cut off time. I am going to get up earlier and do toning again in morning so I can complete that goal too! |

Hey Team! Great to see everyone's posts about being motivated and getting support from being on a team! It does inspire for sure!
I had a good day - but seemed to forget to eat lunch. Lots of water. Hoping to get in 30 cardio before the day ends.

Good morning!
Good job salmonlady on resisting that temptation
Well, yesterday I met water goal and did cardio. yeah! I am not going to meet the goal of not eating past 7:30. I was in charge of Childrens Church and ate a piece of chicken when I came home. 8) cause I didnt eat before....due to time.
On everything else I am doing good though...how is everyone else doing today? |

Morning Team!
I am doing well - requirements all met so far (or still time to finish them).
My 3 personal goals are going well. I will count calories today and tomorrow to see where I'm at. I have been enjoying my piece of fruit each day. AND SB 100% eating so far 3 for 4! (goal was 5 of 7).
Trying a new DVD this weekend for bonus points. I joined Netflex to be able to have new ones sent to my home on a regular basis - if I like them enough, then I purchase. Works for me.
