Good morning team!

I live movin meetos! sounds cool! :lol:

I got a 32 pack of bottled water at sam's club and I am rarin to go today!! Will do my exericise at lunch!! I will also do my toning in the morning! How is everyone else doing!

We can do this you all! Let's get a head start above the other team! :lol:

Salmon - I think next week there will be somewhere to post results. This first week (since no results so far) - we just list our three goals here on this thread.

I just made a grid on my microsoft office so I could keep track of what I do each day as far as the challenge is challenge is concerned. I am going to try to post it on here. Otherwise I might forget what I do on each day :lol: I am all about lists :D

OK, team I am here and ready to! I am on vacation in Newport Beach with my family this week so I will plan my 3 goals accordingly. I am also 11 weeks pregnant so, don't count on my for any pounds lost as my eating will look a lot different from everyone else's.

1. Don't use my pregnancy as an excuse to eat everything!
2. Take my prenatal vitamin everyday! (I'm having a hard time remembering it)
3. Journal everything I eat.

I hope you all have a great Monday! I will be thinking of our success as I sit and watch my kids play in the sand!

Just wanted to check in and let you all know i'm here and rarin' to go! I'm going to hit the gym today for an hour of cardio....tomorrow i will brave the weight room at the gym...wish me luck!!!!

I have already drank 40 oz of H2O today....almost reached daily goal of day one. :lol:

Movin Meetoos, we can do this! Oh yeah! I'm pretty tired from all my pain meds, but I'm gonna get in at least one cardio session today, as well as my beachy eating and water consumption.
Let get out and do this, for ourselves and for our awesome team!

Hi everyone! I read a pm that I was on this team and
ran to exercise for 30 mins.

I am so glad I squeaked in here at the last second because
my cardio has been almost nonexistent lately. I need this
challenge.

Swimdream love that cute catchy poem you penned.

Now onto my goals:

1. Do 75 crunches daily and pull in abs and hold throughout day.
2. Eat more vegetables, starting early in day.
3. More fiber in meals.

These and the challenge workouts will keep me busy.

Movin Meetoos ARISE!

I stand corrected on the posting issue.

It's just after 7 pm, I've met my water goal and posted my food on Spark people. Now if I can just refrain from eating after 8, I will meet all my goals. In addition, I got 60 minutes walk/run (40/20) today. So that is good.
