I'm gettin' so psyched!! Bought new workout clothes today, and found a new Jari Love video that I didn't have yesterday. I'm ready!!!!
I've been working out since Jan. 15, but I did lose some momentum along the way. I don't think I have been as devoted the last couple of months, even though I work out 6 days a week. Hopefully this will be the ticket to get back at it hard and heavy. |

| Hi teammies!! I so need to get my butt back on track aftre seriously falling off of the wagon. I am still at roughly 40 pounds gone but I know it could be so much more if I had behaved myself. But that is the past and on Monday I will be restarting Phase 1 and getting back to it. :) I have 4 months until I walk down the aisle and I know I can make some awesome progress in that time. So now I will go read the rules of this challenge again and get myself back in the groove. :) |

Hey everyone,
Did we think of a name yet? What kind of name do we want? Is this where we post our goals if so here goes...
1.) Eat at home this whole week--NO GOING OUT!!!
2.) Eat dinner before 6pm
3.) Get 3 jogs in this week.
OK possible names and as corny as they may sound, just suggestions so disregarding them is perfectly fine.
Otter's Hot to Trotters, The Beach Burners, Radical Reducers, Lose Lose Situation
Thats just a few I came up with.
Talk to you later. |

Summer hotties?
June Gems?
I am horrible at naming anything
My challenges for the week are to do more strength training and work on my abs.
I am in a class for 2 weeks away from work so I cannot attend my usual circuit training class.
My goals are
1 Do upper and lower body strength training at least 4 x this week
2. Do cardio at least 4 times this week--and walk with DH in the evening at least 3 times
3. Start doing push ups again at night on non upper strength days--I was up to 35 last night but I have slacked off for 2 weeks
Thursday nite I have a reception for work-it is the last nite, last meal of my Phase 1 re-committment--I am still trying to decide if I will have a glass or 2 of wine
Saturday nite is DHs birthday--maybe I will have dessert
These are my 2 biggest challenges food related
Hope everyone is ready to go!

K, I've decided on my goals for the week:
1. Strength training 4 days this week instead of three.
2. Eat breakfast like I used to (I know that isn't exactly fitness related, but eating eggs and veggies in the morning on a regular basis was helping my overall energy I think, and I got out of the habit of taking the time in the mornings.)
3. Do my 5 mile walking working at least twice this week (takes about an hour and I haven't been spending the time doing it.)
I really need some kind of game plan, or a chart to go by. I changing things up from what I was doing and I don't know how I'll do keeping up with it, lol. |

All right team. Aside from the fitness markers set in the rules, here are my goals for the week:
1. Only have alcohol 2 days (Tuesday and Saturday).
2. Eat Beachy 5 out of 7 days - NO NIBBLING
3. Do home arm exercises on top of strength workouts 4 times this week.
I am setting my water goal at 100oz.
As for a name, I like amity's suggestion of otter's hot to trotters. |

Wooohoooo! Tomorrow we begin the challenge! I am so psyched and ready for this after 2 weeks of horrible beachy ways. I am so ready to get back on my bike and work up my miles. I was doing great and then ran into foot trouble so my mile building was put on hold. Hopefully the foot problem is resolved so I'm good to go! Although I don't want to get on the scale tomorrow. I was down 9 lbs but I'm sure I gained back a few the past 2 weeks.
Water goal - 80oz per day
First week's goals:
1) Eat clean (P2) the ENTIRE week (I really need to do this to get back on track)
2) Stretch every day!
3) Journal every day!
Look out cause we're gonna win |
