Any thoughts on a team name???
In these weekly team posts, everyone should be posting their WEEKLY GOALS. You don't have to post an exercise schedule if you don't want to, you just have to get your cardio and water requirements in throughout the week. You do have to post goals for the week, though. In the week two team post, everyone will post their RESULTS [I'll have a template for that] plus their goals for the following week.
These weekly chats will also be your team's forum to cheer each other on, talk about your progress and plans, etc. I hope it will be motivational!

Hi everyone!
I am getting back into the work out groove this week so by the weekend I will be ready to go!
Looking forward to this challenge as there will be a more motivation to get closer to my goal--we are going to Kansas to see the in laws over Labor Day so I am inspired to lose a little more weight!

okay okay, i'm here. Good thing i am an A-rod follower, otherwise i'd have forgotten all about this...but i'm in fo sho. 8)
I haven't been working out at all, so i'll be doing great to get started. Can't wait...it's gonna be SOOOO hot here!!!! |

My biggest challenge seems to be my dd's schedule! School gets out next week so I should be able to get out in the mornings before it gets hot. I need to put some miles on that bike!

Hi everyone!
The challenge is almost here. After a great vacation and over-indulgence, I am back on track--I had to re-do Ph 1 and am on day 8 and it feels really good. I started exercising again this week at my gym and I am sore. I have to get more in shape to hang with my aerobics class. I am in a class for 2 weeks and cannot get to my mid day class so I am doing my gym time in the morning. It is good to shake things up I think.
Anyone have any ideas for a team name?
I will have to think of my challenges this weekend!
