I have a bizarre work week next week....working full time in the office (8-6pm) instead of part time home based, so this is going to shake up my workout time a LOT. I had to give this a lot of thought and I'm making some assumptions, like assuming that I can work out at my gym at lunch time and that I'll be taking Friday off work.
1) TKD on Tuesday night, Thursday noon, Saturday morning
2) walk 4 miles on Monday night, Thursday morning, maybe Friday morning
3) 45 mins cardio, 30 mins weights at the gym on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday |

Okay, I know I'm having mega cravings for grains...and ice cream, and other stuff I shouldn't be eating, so starting Monday, I'm doing at least a one week Phase 1 eating plan. The cravings are probably due to the fact that with this cold i've had all week, the only thing that seemed to sit okay were bread and crackers, all whole-grain, I promise, but I did stop to get a Mr. Misty at DQ today on the way home...it felt reallly good on my throat.
So, goals for next week
1- Eat a clean phase 1
2- On top of Power 90 workout plan, do an additional interval training workout on elliptical
3- Up the number of push-ups I can do at once from 15 to 18 (I know this doesn't sound like much, but it's big for me.) |

BTW, I think LadyVenom may have been chased off the boards...she took a beating in another chat and last I checked, I haven't seen her in about a week.

Hi guys!
I'm here to kick butt and take names. ;) This is my work out schedule:
- Monday: 1x hour long Krav Maga Combat Fitness class
- Tuesday: 1x 15 minute Butts class; 1x one hour long Krav Maga Combat Fitness class
- Thursday: 1x 15 minute Abs class; 1x one hour long Krav Maga Combat Fitness class
- Saturday: 1x one hour long Krav Maga Combat Fitness class; 1x one hour long Core Fitness class
I've been doing this for a month already and have only missed two classes, and one was because of a twisted ankle! Plus, if I can, I want to start the Couch to 5k running thing. We'll see how nice my knees and ankles are to me.
So, I'm ready to bust out points! Plus, within the next five weeks, I'll be able to ride Faux Pas, the horse I'm leasing! Yay, lotsa points! :D |

Wow sounds like some pretty ambitious exercise routines! I'm still working on mine, don't think it will be quite as energetic as some. I usually walk and do exercise dvds so I will come up with a schedule this week. Working on the goals/rewards thing too.
Now on to the name thing...I just went to a start and started pulling up random names, don't know if any of them are great, but it is a start. Now it does not instill fear but I kind of like A-rods Rowdy Rascals. :D

Hi team! I'm glad there was space for me to join. School's over for the summer, so I have no excuses to not make time to exercise and eat right!
My goals for week 1:
1) Clean phase 1 week (To get back on track after 2 really unhealthy weeks).
2) 96 oz of water 5/7 days.
3) Do 10 minute abs video every day. This may be part of a strength workout but (obviously) doesn't count as strength on its own.
A positive (that isn't really a positive at all) is that I have plenty of extra weight to lose after my horrible eating and lack of exercise the past 2 weeks. I insist on being in the 120s somewhere by the end of this challenge. (I haven't stepped on a scale yet to see how far away that is... tomorrow is the day for weighing in. I'm a little scared about what I'll see.) :? |

I just want to pop in and post my goals for the week! I'm really pumped about this challange. I feel ggod about what I've done for the last week and feel great about the week to come!
1st goal clean phase 1 for another week.
2nd Walk 2x at lunch
3rd At least 96 oz of water a day. |

Morning everyone! Haven't had a chance to log in this weekend so here are my goals :
1) back to Phase 1 - 100% SB (I have to clear out a bit of bad stuff, I know I can do it)
2) don't forget to get my second serving of dairy (usually a glass of milk in the evening)
3) go back to running - at least one time this week (I kinda stopped for almost a month now...)
Hope everyone is enjoying their day so far. It's cloudy and rainy here, a bit depressing... I want the sun again! 8) |
