| I'm about to have a night out with the girls, I'm in P2 .I hate wine, white or red it gives me heartburn like crazy .can I have one or two glasses of Rum & coke (diet of cause) I'm doing real well this time around with SB I don't want to mess up ! |

if you must i guess i can grant absolution for imbibement at this juncture.
just know that there are calories in alcohol and that there is no nutritional benefit from it. |

For me I have to be careful when drinking as it weakens my resolve.
Just make sure you only have a few and you should be OK. |
