Does it make a difference that I won't be able to work out until the evening? I have no time at all in the mornings, I have to be out of the house by 6:30 and have a dragon to feed before I go!
I just remember hearing that if you workout in the morning you will keep buring up calories throught the day. Is there something I can do while getting ready for work? Maybe in the shower? |

| I work out after work.... i don't think it really matters as long as you work out on a regular basis. |

You need to find the time that is best for you. Doesn't matter what time of day....
Also.... I read that you are intersted in starting the Couch-to-5k program.

I'm going to! I read the program yesterday, and I'm totally interested. My boyfriend is a little hesitant, but I know he would love to bring back his endurance so he can play basketball again.
I remember when I used t be able to walk for hours on end, and could run for good part of that. I want to do it again! |
