Hi everyone,
I finally finished (for those who knew) my gluten-free cookbook, and it's now published, bound and printed. I am really excited!
Briefly, it's completely gluten and casein free, focusing on a HEALTHY whole foods based diet.
All of my recipes (except for the few egg dishes) can be made egg-free or already are egg-free. I tried to keep soy based dishes to a minimum, too. There are many vegan recipes, and everything is quite healthy. I've actually sold many to people who are just looking for a healthy cookbook, too. A few highlights would definitely include the lack of using 'pre-made' products (like vegan cheese, prebaked crust, or sour cream). Instead, I show how to make your own... Nothing would irk me more than finding products in recipes that I personally couldn't use.
Because of the health aspect, I focus on nutritious whole grains, good fats, and a great balance of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins per dish. Just because we can't eat certain things doesn't mean our poor bodies should suffer!

| Thanks! What is nice, too, Lynt, is that they are all perfect for people who just want to eat healthy, too! I didn't want to segregate, and I'm so pleased with the array I've included. |
