you look absolutely amazing ........how long did it take? Heck with 110 unless your 4 x 1/2 ft. tall. I think you've hit perfect! CONGRATULATIONS!
You are an inspiration!

Thanks for the comments!

It took me about 9 months to get to 125. I started in July and by mid-March I had hit 125. I have to credit it to all the exercise. Trust me, I was a fast food junkie. If I could do it--anyone can.

might just be the differences in the outfits, but I think you look healthier and more fit now at 122 than you did at 110. your calves look a lot more muscular now for instance. Either way, nice job and keep up the good work!

Thanks!
It was a gradual process. The first thing I did was join a gym and I started attending a step aerobics class five days a week. I did that for one month. Then I started doing the stepper and elliptical machine. I did intervals because you lose more calories that way. I would do 20 min on the stepper, 20 min on the elliptical and then another 20 on the stepper. Every two weeks I would increase the incline and the resistance. After a few months. I only did 20 min on the stepper and I started strength training. This really helped me tone up. And finally, I did the couch to 5k plan from coolrunning.com. Once I completed that challenge I just kept running. Now, I'm training for my first half marathon and hopefully a marathon soon. The key is to make it gradual and keep challenging yourself. You have to shock your body. Plus, I have to credit my ipod shuffle. Without music, I don't think I can get through a workout. If I can do it anyone can. I was the girl in high school gym class that would walk the mile while everyone else ran!

You look perfect right now! In fact, I'm another that prefers your present 122 to the pics of you at 110. Fantastic job, and beautiful you!
