| Anyone here have diverticulitis but is successfully using SB? |

| My Mother had perforated diverticulitis in Dec. She is now following SB but she does not eat nuts or things with seeds. It's working fine for her, she's had no troubles. |

| That's very good to hear LegalBeagle! My husband wants to join me on the beach, but he has two dieticians telling him two different sides. One says to go for it, but to avoid certain foods, while the other one says to not go near it! :? You think they would agree. |

| Ask the one who isn't in favor, what he/she recommends instead? Or ask about a plan that stresses whole grains, lean proteins, lots of vegetables and fruits and legumes. If what they recommend tends to sound like something along those lines, then they just have an issue with the label SBD and haven't really bothered to understand what it is really about. Sometimes it's just about the perception of the label, IMO. |
