| In the SB Book it says you can have 2 tbsps of peanut butter per day. Does anyone have peanut butter and if so what brand? |

Just grabed safeway brand low fat peanut butter...
They say you are supposed to have natural or low fat...
the natrual stuff hurts my tummy.. so i went for the low fat :D |

| I love peanut butter on this diet. I've already used it more times then I ever have before. I love the peanut butter cookies you can make using Splenda. They are so yummy :) |

| We use Adam's natural PB. In P1 we had it on celery for a quick breakfast or at least to hold us until we got to work and could nuke one of those veggie quiche cups, kinda switching the breakfast/morning snack thing around. In P2 I'm more likely to use it for a snack on an apple or celery in the afternoon. But I really like my 30 pistachios too, so if I pack those, I don't do the PB. |

| It took some getting used to but I switched from a regular creamy pb to Smuckers all natural chunky. I eat it right out of the jar or on celery or an apple. Make sure after you open it you stir it really good and keep it refrigerated. |
