I posted my befores on here a looong time ago, but since I fell off the wagon and am restarting, I figured I'd repost.
These can either be considered my "before and during" or my "before and before" pictures since i recently restarted Phase 1 lol
BEFORE (Summer 2006)
246 lbs
And this is now, somewhere around 185-190
I've still got another 50 or so pounds to go to get to my goal, but, gotta start somewhere, right? ;)
