A judge has sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in Los Angeles County jail for violating her probation on a reckless driving charge. :shock:

| hahaha! I tought it was a joke but hey it's true, Paris is going to jail!! Let's just say that i'm not a big fan...(huh...like everyone!!! DUH!) I read on people.com that her attorney was shocked and disapointed and bla bla bla and that the sentence was inapropriate!!! LOL It just proved that she's human after all and that even if she's a "star" she can't avoid the laws. Everyone in the same situation would have had the same sentence or even worse! Let's just hope the world will be 45 days free of Paris! |

| I was pleased..nobody should be above the law. Those who drive recklessly or while impaired can hurt the innocent and as such are a danger to society. Maybe she'll learn something..although I doubt it. |

Dont forget...the charge was originally DUI reduced to Reckless Driving. AND she was caught 3 times driving on a suspended license (which she got as a result of the Reckless Driving conviction) AND she was caught on camera by Entertainment Tonite DRIVING to her court appearance for the probation violation.
If you divide 3 charges of Driving Suspended into 45 days..what does that come out to?...about 15 days a piece...that is not much at all. Not when people typically get 30 days on one offense.
Her attitude and behavior showed a blatant disregard for the law and it also showed that she thought she could do whatever she wanted and get away with it.
It's about time the court system stopped showing favortism to celebrities. |

I feel awful, but i've seen a couple photos of her crying in the cop car and I laughed.
I feel bad about it lol but I still cant help it, Its like grow up and take responsibility for your own actions. |
