I just started South Beach today. I already work out, and am a little nervous about exercising with so little calories consumed. I have no problem working out, it's eating what got me here. I can eat and eat. I typically do spinning, elliptical machines, and weights. Any suggestions? I don't want to lose any muscle tone in 2 weeks.

The only thing you're giving up in P1 is grains and fruit. That means quick energy is harder to come by, but you certainly should have no problem getting adequate calories in P1. Exercise in P1 is harder for some than others, but for many it's no harder than a workout done while slightly fatigued. Just do your best for 14 days.

protein protein protein! Yes fatigue can set in during your workout, which makes it tough. However, by adding more protein in your diet (about 45 minutes before and after) you should be ok. Just becareful in that by upping your protein you are not just upping your food intake!

Good luck!

P1 isn't about cutting calories, although obviously you need to eat less in order to lose weight. But it's not as though you're looking at severe calorie restriction. I started my exercise program the same time I started P1 and didn't have any problems to speak of. Eat beans.
