i like him. a lot.
it was our intake meeting he did weights and measurements and BMI
weight at the gym fully clothed WITH sneakers 244.6
measurments were less than the last time but i don't have them with me
BMI was still over 40 (to be expected but my fat weight is 113 pounds) which means I can't lose another 100 pounds or I will be way too thin.
He'd like me to shoot for 180 as a goal with 200 as a temp goal. so i'm almost HALFWAY DONE my weight loss!
wants me to continue to drink water
wants me to eat every 2-3 hours mini meals (doing that already)
wants me to do machines till i'm sure of the moves then we can move to free weights
said the arc trainer is fine wants me doing stronger intervals on it or the bike..
said we can get my metabolisim back to where is was when I was younger
the first guy i had at the gym was just going through the motions I could tell he didn't believe in me or the whole thing... there was no energy from him... ThIS guy I feel the energy, the commitment and the belief that i'm gonna do it.
I wish i was rich... i'd love him a couple of times a week...
once a week for a month then once every 2 weeks seems to be what i'm gonna be able to afford. |

Wow! That's good news. I'm glad you found a trainer you like. As I said, I wish I could have one at my "gym" (at home). I don't think my DH counts. I guess I could afford one if I wanted to get a real job. |

I'm glad you found a trainer.
For me the weight equipment is a bit scary. I don't know if I'm doing it right, and then I always feel like I'm standing out in a crowd.
Best of luck to you (and the trainer). |

I can't make long posts I don't have the attention span. |
