IMO do what works for you.

For myself on strength training days I do cardio first.... then weights.
I know people who do the opposite.

We are all reaping the benefits! :D

I personally like cardio first, then weights. But I know that is for psychological reasons, not for physical reasons. I just find it easier to get in a good weights session after running than the other way around.

You might want to consider experimenting.
