I was wondering...
I started running recently and the scale is up 5 pounds... I know it's normal that your muscles retain some water when you start to exercise but can it be that much? I'm not complaining....though it's a bit frustrating... but i'm doing all the right things so I figure that is the reason ?! |

Are you "sloshing" when you run? :D
IMO it's not from your running.... did this happen "overnight"?
Anything else you can think of (TOM maybe)? |

I haven't weighed myself really since i've started running (trying to avoid the scale because the number sometimes drive me crazy!!) so I don't know since when the scale shows that gain. And no, not TOM right now! Ill have to take a look at my diet then... maybe too much sodium. |
