WHY I'm joining this challenge - Because I'm competitive. Plus, when I have a concrete goal, I do well. This forces me to do what I know I should do, especially workout wise.
PERSONAL GOAL for Week 1 - Do 3 different kinds of cardio. I tend to get stuck in a workout rut and do the same thing every time. One workout will be jogging/running.
